Range: Sake, liqueur and whisky from Japan for hospitality and retail
The focus is on Japan, complemented by sake from a Swiss brewery. We agree terms, quantities and availability with each business in direct conversation.
Product categories
Sake: Rice wine made from fermented rice, koji and water. The range includes Junmai, Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo, Honjozo, Ginjo and Daiginjo, sake brewed using the Kimoto and Yamahai methods, undiluted Genshu, unpasteurised Nama sake, Nigori, Taruzake matured in cedar casks and sparkling sake.
Liqueurs and flavoured alcoholic beverages: Beverages from Japanese breweries and distilleries, including ume, yuzu, jabara, mandarin, kabosu, peach, strawberry, cherry blossom, matcha, hojicha, black tea and aka shiso.
Japanese whisky: Blended and single malt whisky from distilleries in Tottori, Fukushima and Aichi prefectures.
Origin
Japan: Breweries and distilleries from Hokkaido to Kyushu, including the prefectures of Hyogo, Kyoto, Nara, Niigata, Ishikawa, Fukui, Gifu, Nagasaki, Saga, Osaka, Tottori, Shimane and Okayama.
Switzerland: Sake from the YamaSake brewery in Knonau ZH, including varieties with tea from Taiwan, as well as a vodka with a sake note made in Zurich.
United States: one sake from the Californian brewery of the Takara group.
