Which product categories does EET import?
Our focus is on drinks, spirits and specialities from Asia – among them sake, liqueurs, whisky and spirit styles from the region, teas and carefully selected food specialities. We are open to enquiries beyond these categories where product quality and cultural context are convincing.
How does first contact work?
Fill in our contact form for producers. We will come back to you with an initial response within five working days. No automated system – a real person reads your enquiry.
What minimum quantities are required for a partnership?
That depends on the product and the situation. We also work with smaller producers, provided quality and supply chain stability are assured. State your production capacity in the contact form – we will clarify the rest in conversation.
Does EET handle the import process?
Yes. We are responsible for customs declaration, import permits, storage and domestic distribution. You deliver – we take over on arrival in Switzerland or as agreed.
Do we receive regular feedback on market developments?
Yes. Transparency is part of how we work. We inform producers regularly about sales data, customer feedback and market developments.

How do I gain access to the EET range?

Are there minimum order quantities?
Minimum quantities depend on the product and the agreement. We work with hospitality and trade businesses of various sizes. Talk to us – we will find a pragmatic solution.
Does EET deliver directly, or do I have to collect the goods myself?
We organise delivery to your business. We clarify details and delivery terms in conversation.
Do I receive product information and background stories for my sales staff?
Yes. We provide product dossiers describing origin, production method and sensory characteristics – so that your team can advise with confidence.

I am a private customer. Can I order from EET?
Eastern Essence Trading operates exclusively as a B2B importer. For private orders please visit asiadrinks.ch – our consumer shop.
